FAQs

  • Do I need a webcam and microphone to attend an online group?

Yes. While your microphone will only need to be turned on when you are sharing, we recommend that all participants have access to a webcam and microphone to get the most out of their group therapy sessions.

  • I'm going through a difficult time, is enrolling in one of your courses the same as attending therapy?

Most of our courses are designed to be general in nature and are not a substitute for individualised therapy, diagnosis or consultation with a mental health professional. If you are going through a difficult time and feel that you need to reach out to someone for support, we recommend seeking help from a qualified mental health professional. To book an appointment with a clinician in one of our Brisbane clinics, please contact us. If you or someone you know is in crisis or if you need immediate help, please contact your nearest hospital or call 000

  • I live in the United States or Canada, can I still enrol to your courses?

Some of our group courses which include live sessions may not be available in you country, please contact the clinic via [email protected] if you are interested in taking part in a group course with Axis Clinic

  • Do you offer traditional group therapy at your clinic?

Yes we do offer in-person group therapy sessions, please contact us via [email protected] to enquire about the current groups we are running at the clinic.

  • Can your online courses be covered under NDIS?

If you are interested in knowing whether a course can be covered under your NDIS program, please contact your program manager and the clinic via [email protected] to understand your eligibility.

  • I work for an organisation and we are interested in running a special course, training or workshop. Is this something you provide?

Yes, we have previously worked with private organisations to create training courses and would be interested to know more about what you are hoping to provide to your employees. Please reach out to us via [email protected]
